(Las Vegas sunsets are incredible. I love them. And even better, the evenings are so lovely right now to get out and enjoy them.)
It's been a beautiful weekend. In fact, it got so warm in our house that I had to turn the air conditioning on! Wow. I am SO not ready for that yet. But, oh well. At least it's not snowing. Right? Right.
We used our weekend to get this beautiful lady ready for some serious action:
Jon took the boat to get it "dewinterized," we washed it inside and out (it even got the steam clean treatment on the interior!), waxed it, installed a few necessary items, loaded it up with all our gear, and now we just wait for the water temperature to rise a little more. By the way, Lake Mead is at 65 degrees - that's the water temperature, folks! The girls were so excited to be on the boat, even if we were just cleaning it. Not quite sure what we're going to do with Caylee while we're driving the boat - last year we just plopped her car seat on the floor next to me (yeah, probably not the safest way to do it). Hopefully she'll just be good. Can't wait to get out and start enjoying our recreation. :)
