All the leaves are brown, but the sky isn't grey

I have 2 more weeks for my fall decorations to be up.  This year, I'm having a little bit of a hard time thinking about taking them down and putting up the Christmas decorations.  I have actually enjoyed having fall decorations up!  But it's kind of my excuse that I get to put up my Christmas decorations the week before Thanksgiving because it's my birthday.

We are winterizing the boat this weekend, tomorrow will be our last day on the lake for the season.  I've really enjoyed summer this year because we've had the boat.  And since it's supposed to be 88 degrees tomorrow, it's probably a good day to get out once more.  This is why I live in Las Vegas - I get to boat from April to November, skiing from May to October, and in the winter, I don't have to scrape my windshield or shovel the driveway.  But I do miss the snow at Christmas.  What is Christmas without the white?  One can hope, right?
