I wish I could say that this week has been eventful. But it hasn't.
Sunday, we watched, bummed, as team USA lost in overtime to team Canada. We were so excited when team USA tied the game in the last 20 seconds of the third period, but it would be short lived. It was an awesome game either way.
Monday, again business as usual. I had a ton to do around the house after being laid up the week before. Tuesday was more of the same. We have started to have warmer weather, and I was able to open up the windows for a few hours. We went and looked at a couple of houses, one that our offer has been accepted on. We'll see if the bank takes it. Wednesday, we were itching to get out of the house, so after dinner, we went down to Home Depot to look at a few things we would potentially need for a new house. Thursday, Jon brought us a surprise home - a new Wii! We have been looking for one for a while and saving up for it. Jocey has been getting into video games lately, and we wanted her to have something that required some physical interaction. He found one yesterday at Walmart that was the Sport special edition. We set it up and played for an hour and a half last night. It was so fun! Jocey had a blast and beat us soundly in bowling and almost beat Jon in wakeboarding.
Today, we are going to see 2 more houses. We are hoping that one of these homes we have seen this week will go all the way with us and that we'll be moving next month. We're really burned out from house hunting, we had no clue it was going to take this long. So another week has come and gone, and we're looking forward to Spring. Jocey is begging me to play Wii with her now, so I am done with blogging for a bit. :)
