The Yates Family Library

I don't know if any of you saw the widget I had on the blog a few months ago, about how many books were in bed with Jocey the night before... Anyway, every night, when we go in to check on Jocey, she has a couple of books that she has been reading and fell asleep with. Well, this is what we found last night:



I think it is safe to say that our family library ended up in bed with Jocey last night. Okay, maybe not ALL of the books, but this is a fair amount of "light" reading for a 3 year old! And please notice all the furry friends she invited to read along with her! The funniest thing is, when I put Caylee to bed in their room at 8:30, not a single book was in there with her. But come 10:00, we counted 20 books, 5 stuffed animals, 1 Dora doll, and a doodle pad. Hey, whatever it takes to make the kids go to sleep, right?
