Thanks you guys for putting up with all the changes that have been going on out our blog. I've been trying to get a sense for what represents us as a family. And I think the blog look was getting a little busy and taking away from what matters most to us. Enter the simpler version. It's still a work in progress and I am learning a lot from everyone on how to make some changes.
It's computer day for me again (according to my little black box), and I should have waited this week to post until today. But my anxious side got the best of me.
Very different week at the Yates' House. Jon started his new job with Gill's Printing here in Las Vegas. We are so grateful that he was able to find another job so quickly and that it has been a seamless transition for him. Jocey and Shylowe have had a hard time adjusting though (oh, did I not mention that I have had a hard time?), and Daddy is in HIGH demand when he gets home each night. But he has great potential with this company and I feel so blessed that we have been watched over this whole time.
Caylee has not become less active just because she has less room to move. It seems almost like a scene out of "Alien" sometimes - her little hand or foot shove right up against my belly as if she were ready to burst out of me. We have 4 weeks left now, and the anticipation on everyone's part is high.
Jocey and I are just hanging in there. She has been so good to help me around the house. I had to explain to her that Mommy is not like the song she learned in Primary called "Hinges." I DO NOT BEND! So she has been following me around the house helping me pick up things. Her new favorite phrase is "Just Kidding!" which has us laughing every time. She's been terrified of anything Halloween this year, so we have decided to bypass that holiday. Poor neighborhood kids won't be getting anything from us this year!
So we wait for another week to pass and bring November and Christmas closer. Hopefully the paranoid dreams of me having triplets will pass soon. I'd really like to not wake up in a cold sweat anymore. :)

Hey Cat, I'm reading the Get Your Act Together book. Did you say that you had your cards all printed out from your computer? If you do can you just send that my way? I did go to your friend's blog (when you first posted about it) and requested it, but I never got it. I'm about ready to make my cards, and I don't want to hand write them. Anyway, if you could help that'd be grand! Thanks!

Triplets? What a scary thought:).
I'm so glad Jon has found a new job and things are going so well for your family. Sounds like things are getting tight in the oven, oh those last few weeks are a killer! Good luck, can't wait to see the baby!
I love the look of your blog. It looks cute no matter what you do to it. I'm so glad that Jon has found a job and I'm getting excited to see the new addition!
