Monday's here! That means another edition of Meal Plan Monday at the Yodeler. We had (again) a change in plans last week. My aunt and uncle dropped in from Logan, so I changed Sunday's dinner from hot dogs to lasagna.
My meal plan is also carrying over in to next week. We have reached the end of our rope with diapers, so we're dedicating next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to our Potty Party. I've bought toys to keep her occupied, treats, and big girl underwear. Hopefully next Thursday will be goodbye to diapers. Anyway, here's the next week and a half worth of meals:
Monday: Turkey Casserole (ala Janalynn)
Tuesday: Leftover Chili and Hotdogs
Wednesday: Leftover Lasagna
Thursday: Dinner Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast
Friday: Pizza for the Missionaries (Pizza and a Movie Night)
Saturday: Turkey Burgers
Sunday: Stuffed Peppers
Monday: Chicken Enchiladas
Tuesday: Leftover Chicken Enchiladas
Wednesday: My brain is dead, so I'll be picking up a frozen crock pot meal :P

Who came to visit?
Bryce and Karol and Kjersty. Kjersty had a soccer tournament down here last weekend. They went to church with us and then had dinner. It was fun!
Sounds yummy! I need some Potty Training tips, myself.
You are so good Cat! I don't think I ever plan that far into the future! I also want some potty training tips. I am scared to death to try & teach Nicholas...so let me know how it goes.
P.S. Congrats on your new callings! Which Primary class are you teaching?
I'm teaching the 7-8 year olds. Can you believe that?! I'm scared to death!
