My first talent, music. I am so thankful that I know how to play the piano and that I had music studies throughout my life. Most recently, I have been the accompanist for the Las Vegas Mormon Youth Symphony & Chorus and the Las Vegas Northwest Children's Choir. I have also delved into composing arrangements for our ward choir, which I am the conductor of now.

My second talent, digital scrapbooking. At least, I think this has become a talent. Over the last year, I have picked this up and I feel I have caught on pretty quickly. It's so fun to have a way to archive our family's memories. I want Jocey to have these memories to look back on and hopefully show her children.
My third talent, cooking. I LOVE cooking. I love trying new recipes, repeating old favorites, and the ability I have to create something AMAZING with my two hands. It's amazing what a home cooked meal can do for you and your family! Plus, don't forget good old comfort foods. Man, the holidays KILL me. Bring it on, baby, bring it on. This particular picture is a family favorite - Greek Night. Oh man, the saliva is already running. :)

I can't cook, am totally techno retarded and have zero musical ability! You are fabulous Cat! Your family is lucky to have such a great mommy/wife!

You ARE one talented woman! I remember when our families were neighbors growing up and I could hear you playing the piano next door. I was always jealous and thought, Hmm, maybe if I practiced more, I could play as well as Catherine." :)
I always love your blog
backgrounds. You do a great job!
I've never tried your cooking, but I'm sure it's just as awesome.
