[ Soapbox Saturday and a Tag ]

I saw this blog tag on my friend Tory's blog. It's pretty clever, but we're going to put a twist on it. Since I am trying to get Jon to contribute to the blog, we're making this one a couples tag. So Jon and I are going to fill it out for your reading pleasure. Here are the Rules:

E is for essential item you use every day: Cat - Computer; Jon - Blackberry

F is for favorite TV show at the moment: Cat - Forever and always it will be "Friends"; Jon - I don't watch TV (although we know he secretly LOVES Band of Brothers)

G is for favorite game: Cat - Ghost Recon; Jon - the one where I get to shoot people with paint!

H is for home state: Cat - I don't know, I'm a lost child; Jon - Utah

I is for instruments you play: Cat - Piano; Jon - Guitar

J is for favorite juice: Cat - Cranberry (mmmmmmmmmmmmm); Jon - Jamba Juice!

K is for whose bum you'd like to kick: Cat - Jon's; Jon - Cat's

L is for last restaurant at which you ate: Cat - Sushiko; Jon - Sushiko

M is for your favorite Muppet: Cat - Animal; Jon - Fonzie

N is for number of piercings: Cat - one; Jon - none

O is for overnight hospital stays: Cat - one, when Jocey was born; Jon - one, when Cat had Jocey

P is for people you were with today: Cat - Jon, Jocey, Shylowe, Las Vegas Mormon Youth Symphony & Chorus (nuff said), and 5 million people in Walmart; Jon - Jocey, Cat, Shylowe

Q is for what you do with your quiet time: Cat - read my scriptures, sleep; Jon - read my scriptures, sleep (oh and now we also visit our sanctuary/Tahiti room/bedroom)

R is for biggest regret: Cat - not majoring in what I really wanted to in college; Jon - not going to college

S is for status: Happily married for 3 years on Wednesday!

T is for time you woke up today: Cat - did I ever go to sleep last night?; Jon - 7:00, when Jocey got up

U is for what you consider unique about yourself: Cat - my talents and my love for cooking; Jon - no fear, the happiness I find from shooting someone with paint, my love for water, my memory (no joke, he has an amazing memory!)

V is for vegetable you love: Cat - Spinach, Artichokes; Jon - Tomatoes, Mushrooms

W is for worst habit: Cat - I share Tory's habit for worrying; Jon - not getting his dirty clothes in to the laundry in time for laundry day!

X is for x-rays you've had: Cat - foot, toe, foot, toe, oh and another toe, and arm; Jon - Collar bone 3 times (yes, he said 3!), knee, hand, back, and shoulder.

Y is for yummy food you ate today: Can we talk about last night's food? Polynesian!

Z is for zodiac: Cat - Scorpio (who tend to be patient, courteous, loyal, and generous); Jon - Aries (god of war, need we say anything else about paint ball?) See the conflict here? We're amazed we've lasted 3 years!

By the way, for Soapbox Saturday, BYU won AGAIN! 44-0 against Wyoming! Hee hee hee. I know, sorry you Cowboy fans. Oh, and to give props to the Nigburs, Fowers, Gilberts, and Dave Bennett, I have to put on here that Utah beat Air Force (BARELY!). :)
